WARNING – These are addictive!
First things first, you have to get yourself a bunch of Kale – wash it and tear into large pieces. Toss the kale in a large bowl with a small amount of olive oil so that each leaf is coated lightly. Spread the pieces evenly on to a baking sheet – make sure you don’t over crowd the pan!! This is important to make sure the chips are crispy – you may need to make a few batches. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and bake in a 350 degree oven for 6 – 10 mins until they are a darker shade of green and crispy. As soon as they come out of the oven let cool and enjoy – keep in a dry container.
You can use any seasoning you want instead of salt – smoked paprika, curry power and garlic salt are just some examples that will taste amazing on this super healthy snack.
