Just Wing It..

This may be a short and quick post but its super packed with flavour. The Chicken Wings I had on the weekend were so “I can’t stop eating you” good. My boyfriend Ryan and I have come up with an amazing combination of spices and sauces that will make your mouth water. If you like hot, spicy, and sweet you will love these fast and easy homemade chicken wings.

In a large zip lock bag or bowl combine the following – this is going to be the coating on the wings.

1/2 cup flour

Cajun spice

garlic powder

smoked paprika

salt and pepper

Toss the wings in the flour mixture until well coated and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes turning once.

Now its time to make the yummy sauce. While the wings are baking heat 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce, 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce in a small sauce pan. The Sweet Chili Sauce is the key here, you can find this in the Asian section at most grocery stores.

When the wings are done toss them with the sauce and serve. Ryan likes to use a Tupperware container with a lid so he can really shake the wings up and get them all covered in sauce. He sure knows how to toss with flare, don’t you Ryan? haha

Enjoy xx
