Fish Tacos & Strange Avocados!

I just made these amazing and yummy fish tacos for lunch today. I was so lucky to be able to share them with two of my best buds! We ate them up and enjoyed every minute of it!

I think the key to a good fish taco is using the small soft corn tortillas – you can find these in any bakery section of your grocery store. I used tilapia and made up a coating for it using some chili powder, cumin, Cajun spice, black pepper, salt, and some flour. I tossed the fish in it and pan fried the peices. I topped everything off with a homemade mango, shallot, and tomato salsa, avocado cream, chipotle aioli, and some fresh cilantro.
