The cauliflower gets meaty in texture as its roasts and the creamy yogurt mixture absorbs into the veggies and makes them just explode with that familiar buffalo wing flavor!
Buffalo Cauliflower ‘Wings’
1 head cauliflower, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp garlic powder
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot (any wing sauce)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
Mix ingredients together and toss with Cauliflower florets – coating each one.
Roast for about 20 mins.
Toss with a little more Hot Sauce and Butter when they come out of the oven – Serve with Bleu cheese dressing.
