Vodka, celery salt and hot sauce are all words that come to mind when you think of the classic Canadian Caesar right? Well, replace the Vodka with Tequila and the celery salt with ground bacon and you’ve got one of the newest Caesar creations from Mott’s Clamato Caesar mixing officer Clint Paddemore.
Media, bloggers and cocktail enthusiasts came together last week at Czehoski to celebrate Clint and his new position with Mott’s Clamato. As the new Mixing Officer Clint will contribute to Caesar development, consumer and bartending education and brand promotion across Canada.
We were definitely introduced to some new and interesting flavor combinations and of course I am going to share them with you. My personal fave of the night was the Mango Caesar and I loved the pickle and smoked Gouda garnish on the Smoked Out.
